🤔 Why do you have few reviews?
We’re a new agency, officially launching in June 2025. But guiding isn’t new to us — over 200 groups led across CZ and abroad over the past 3 seasons. Plus, we’ve completed the official guiding course by Prague City Tourism.

📱 Do we need to make the booking for the guest?
Not at all — the easiest and most transparent way is to let guests book directly via our website. Each partner receives a unique promo code, which the guest enters during checkout so we can track your referral and assign your commission.
If the guest prefers something tailor-made — like a private or custom tour — just let us know. We’ll prepare a personalized offer and make sure your name is attached to the booking.
No need to collect any payments or handle paperwork — everything is done online, securely, and in advance.
💸 How do we earn commission?
Each partner receives a unique promo code. When a guest uses this code during online checkout (in the last step), the sale is attributed to you and your commission will be noted.
If the customer forgets to enter it, just let us know as soon as possible — we can assign the sale to your account manually.
Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded bookings.
🧾 When and how is commission paid?
Commissions are paid by the end of the month following the tour. So if a guest joins on June 1st, your commission will be paid by July 31st at the latest.
We’re flexible — we can pay by bank transfer or cash, depending on what suits you better.

💳 How do guests pay for tours?
To qualify for a commission, the booking needs to be made directly, either through:
- Our website using the online booking widget (powered by Bokun by Tripadvisor)
- A direct invoice for tailor-made or private tours (sent via Revolut Business)
- Cash payments are also acceptable after prior agreement, however, need to be collected by reception/consierge at least 24 hour prior to tour start
All platforms we use — Bokun, Revolut, and Stripe — are globally trusted and secure.
🔁 Can customers cancel for free?
Yes — all tours can currently be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. See our cancellation policy.
If a booking is cancelled, the commission is not paid. Guests are usually refunded within one working day, but in rare cases it can take up to 14 days.
If a guest asks you about their refund status, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp.
📆 How do I check availability or know when a tour runs?
Each tour has a live availability widget on our website showing whether a date is bookable and how many spots are left.
Sometimes we temporarily close dates with no bookings to consolidate capacity — especially for small group tours. But if you’re helping a family or a larger group, feel free to reach out — we can often re-open a date on request.

🥾 How physically demanding are the tours?
Each tour is different — and we make it easy to compare. On every itinerary page, you’ll find clear info on the distance walked, terrain, and an overall difficulty level.
In general, our tours require a basic level of fitness (think: light hiking, cobblestone streets, stairs). None of the tours are fully barrier-free, though some are significantly easier than others.
For private or custom tours, we can adjust the route and pace more flexibly — just let us know what your guests need, and we’ll tailor the experience to match. If your guest has health concerns or mobility limitations, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll be happy to help.
🚐 When will you send the exact pick-up time?
We confirm the precise pick-up time by 6 PM the evening before the tour — sent via email and WhatsApp.
Pick-ups generally start around 30 minutes before the official tour time but vary slightly depending on guest locations.
📍Do you guarantee a return to Prague at a fixed time?
We always aim to follow the published schedule, but return times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected conditions.
If your guests have evening plans, dinner reservations, or a flight to catch, we strongly recommend leaving some buffer time — just to be safe.

🛡️ Do guests need insurance?
Yes — travel and health insurance are not included. All participants join tours at their own risk, so we strongly recommend they are covered, especially if they’re visiting from outside the EU.
👨👩👧 Can your tours be private or custom-made?
Absolutely. In addition to small-group tours, we offer private and custom experiences upon request.
If your guest needs something specific — different pick-up time, different language, slower pace — just let us know.
👶 Are your tours suitable for children?
Our tours are generally best suited for adults and teenagers aged 12+. If your guests are traveling with younger children, feel free to check with us in advance — in some cases, we may be able to accommodate them, depending on the group and tour type.
