Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes — you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour. For details, see our cancellation policy.
When will I know my exact pick-up time?
For private tours, your pick-up time is flexible — we’ll agree on what works best for you. You’ll still get a confirmation via email or WhatsApp the day before.
How many people will be in my group?
Just you and your crew. Whether you’re two or ten, the tour is exclusively for your group — no strangers.
Do you guarantee a return to Prague at a specific time?
Private tours can adapt to your schedule, but delays due to traffic, weather, or site conditions can still happen.
For this reason, we recommend keeping your evening plans flexible and not scheduling flights or critical activities right after the tour.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes — travel and medical insurance are not included. Participation is at your own risk, so we recommend having coverage, especially when visiting from outside the European Union.
What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Just let us know in advance. We’ll coordinate with the restaurant to offer a suitable alternative whenever possible.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate layers — we always keep a few umbrellas handy, just in case. We provide bottled water and a light snack, but you’re welcome to bring your own bottle or anything else you might need for a relaxed day out.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Our tours are best suited for adults and teens aged 12 and up. If you’re traveling with younger children, feel free to contact us in advance — we may be able to accommodate you depending on the group.
